Originally I met Bryan through FB Messenger, I didn't believe him that his leads were any better than the other providers. I've had a seat at that table before from the inside of a major IDX player.

I would up NOT hiring him for a year or two then finally did, and pleasantly found out his audiences / leads and approach was indeed different and far more likely to result in sales. Ballpark you need 1/3rd to half as many leads to get a closing vs other PPC companies.

If you know PPC can work and you want the best version of it just hire him and don't keep looking for shinny objects or cheaper cost per lead.
